Highly Ergonomic
Elegant and very ergonomic, the slim Series is. The No. 8 and No. 10 are both pocket knives. While the No. 15 is used to filet fish while on the go, No. 12 makes a wonderful table knife.

Safety
The Virobloc safety rings are a feature of this knife. The Virobloc safety ring, created by Marcel Opinel in 1955, is attached to all folding knives in sizes No. 6 through No. 12.
Stainless Steel
The Virobloc is made of stainless steel and features two sections: a fixed piece and a movable section. It is now possible to lock the blade closed (safety on the go) in addition to locking the blade open (safety when in Use).
Conclusion
The knife is lightweight and strong with closed and open locking. Very good small knife from my experience. This size knife will be useful both at the table and in the kitchen. Naturally, it will be excellent for filleting.
