The PEAK Rotary Fly Tying Vise was created with optimum tying efficiency in mind, as well as ease of adjustment and set-up. They use a variety of high-quality materials, such as stainless steel, brass, and aircraft aluminum, that are designed to last a lifetime. Jaws made of hardened and tempered tool steel firmly carry hooks ranging in size from 2/0 to the smallest available. Adjustments are made with a minimum of effort. The vise will stay put thanks to the big, sturdy pedestal foundation, and the non-marking feet will shield any surface from scuffs and scrapes. The steel base is powder coated white to have a long-lasting surface on which you can clearly see your products. The base also has two accessory post mounting holes and an incorporated hook/bead pocket with rounded edges for easy removal.
When traveling, the vise can be removed by loosening a single set screw, and the base is built to pack flat. Right or left-handed tiers can conveniently change the rotation resistance adjustment screw, which allows for infinite adjustment. The vise comes with a height and length adjustable bobbin cradle.
